East Point Residents Directory does not retain a copy of that query on its own servers. When you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may contain an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate activity to maintain the site and understand which resources are useful. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or comparable technology.
How Information Is Used
Limited visitor data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create profiles of individual users.
Outside Websites and Services
Links may lead to East Point, Fulton County, and Georgia records offices, libraries, archives, or third-party search services. Information submitted after leaving this site is governed by the destination's privacy policy. The same rule applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.

The research for this project found no comprehensive Georgia consumer privacy law that gives every resident a universal deletion right against all websites. Because East Point Residents Directory keeps very little, a request normally requires checking only contact messages and available server logs. Submit a request through the Contact page. Public records held by East Point, Fulton County, or Georgia offices remain under the control of those custodians. Access to agency records is governed by the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. section 50-18-70 and following, but that law is not a general website deletion statute.
